Photoshop style

Okay, so I didn't take this picture originally, but I did alter it. I found the original on www.deviantart.com, I think. Anyway, I'm trying to learn how to do stuff in photoshop for my own reasons. I thought this picture turned out pretty cool. Be careful if you go there though. Some art is not suitable with children around. ;)
